Zen Den
Remodeled in 2016 by Swell Properties, the Zen Den is located on Arden in the coveted “West of the 5” Encinitas area. FWL designed and built the rear yard landscape after getting direction from the young owners who wanted a place they could really relax in after all their travels. Covid hit about a week after we started the project. Then it rained for what felt like forever. Thank you Chris and Elena for keeping us on and working with us to finish the project. Props too Kasey at SoilandSea for the plant work in the front yard and making us look good.
Project highlights
Built-in Spa with Custom designed water spillway to mimic a Japanese Onsen, Copper and Brass outdoor shower, Specimen Palms, Outdoor Furniture from Eco Outdoor.
