South Oxford
An extreme elevation change and a tight space. That is what defined this project when we were brought in. We designed a series of retaining walls to create as much usable space as possible. A large angled fire pit anchors the space and directs views to the pacific. Access and parking was a challenge on this traditional Cardiff lot. Denis and Danica, thanks for your patience and faith in the design and the process :)
