how we work

Every project is unique, so our approach varies depending on location, budget, client involvement, City/HOA requirements. We charge hourly rates against a retainer for all design work.

From our office in Encinitas, CA we offer our full services (including construction) to our local clients in the San Diego area. Our Design and Consulting services are offered everywhere.
