Casa Luna (ADU)

Casa Luna is FWL’s second foray into ADU design and construction. Ryan Prange designed and contracted to build this 1000sf 2bed 2 bath ADU on his property in South Escondido. Ryan worked with Architectural Designer, Sergio Jimenez to realize the plans and pull permits.

The ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) is a split level with the primary bedroom on the upper level, and a secondary bedroom/office and powder bath on the main level with the living area and full-size kitchen.

Ryan also worked with Abbie Naber from A. Naber design to choose finishes and furniture for the space.

The ADU is currently a long term private lease.
