Other times, it’s a single material that sets the vision in motion. Maybe a particular tile catches their eye and they imagine it lining a pool. Or perhaps a piece of stone inspires visions of a garden wall, a gravel whose texture you can practically feel beneath your feet, or even a reclaimed barn door that begs to become the entry to a potting shed. The pieces that speak to us come together to form a space that is uniquely ours.

When it comes to tile and natural stone, two of our go-to partners worth highlighting are Tile Collective and EcoOutdoor.
Tile Collective, based in Solana Beach, CA, is a trusted source for a curated selection of timeless tile and stone from around the globe. They recently opened their gorgeous new showroom on Cedros Avenue, and it’s absolutely worth a visit. Their passionate, knowledgeable team has an incredible eye for texture, pattern, and color and they’re there just when you need them to help you through those painful decisions, like choosing between your two favorite options.
EcoOutdoor is another trusted partner of ours, known for its impressive range of natural stone and architectural surfaces. Founded in Australia in 2000, the company emerged from a need the founders recognized for higher-quality materials in the landscape design industry. Since then, EcoOutdoor has steadily expanded, broadening their selection of materials, building strong partnerships, and making their way to the States, opening their Los Angeles showroom in 2017. Their products celebrate organic textures and earthy tones, making them ideal for landscapes that feel both elegant and deeply connected to nature. With direct relationships to quarries and suppliers, paired with a true passion for materials, their team is dedicated to bringing our visions into reality.
