The project brief demanded privacy, easy access, a built-in oversized spa, entertaining area and fire element. Our mild climate in Encinitas meets natural materials and tropical plant palette in a design inspired by the beautiful landscapes in Victoria and NSW, Australia. #clientencmeetsoz
