All about the view
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Our clients purchased this new construction home to take advantage of the easterly views and incredible San Diego Sunrises. We were tasked with interpreting a plan by ABLA out of Arizona. We spent several months editing and refining the design and materials to fit the budget and evolving needs of the project. The result is an elegant cross-shaped pool with raised dining area. A separate Hot-tub and firepit area take advantage of the views. We craned in 4 large Date Palms and multiple Olive trees to give this space a resort-like feel. The outdoor kitchen is 100% Kalamazoo and is an entertainer’s dream.
The resulting project turned out lovely and is set off by the owner’s eclectic and rich collection of furnishings and art pieces. And did we mention the view? A show-stopper if there ever was one.
Project highlights:
Custom black tile and dark interior pool with in floor cleaning and multiple water features. A gorgeous kitchen with top of the line appliances including the coveted Kalamazoo Pizza Oven. Low-maintenance synthetic turf and prefab concrete pavers. A fun shade structure that throws wild shadows, all surrounded by sleek, low-maintenance landscape spaces.
